WOWS Global is looking for a dynamic and resourceful Client Engagement & Sales Specialist to spearhead initial client interactions, close deals, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

 

Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, attending and scheduling initial calls, leading engaging conversations, and identifying client needs.
  • Sales Ownership: Drive the sales process by showcasing WOWS Global’s offerings, addressing client concerns, and securing commitments to our products and services. Collaborate with other teams for deal closing when necessary, but maintain accountability for the entire sales cycle.
  • Product & Service Demonstrations: Confidently conduct demos of WOWS Global’s cutting-edge financial tools, highlighting their value and relevance to client challenges.
  • Lead Qualification & Handoff: Assess client needs during discussions, qualify leads, and ensure a smooth transition to appropriate teams (Investment, Onboarding, Finance) for specialized next steps.
  • CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate client records in HubSpot, tracking interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
  • Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, nurturing relationships, and providing exceptional support throughout the sales process.
  • Industry Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of the private equity and finance space to build credibility, engage clients effectively, and showcase WOWS Global’s unique value proposition.

 

What We’re Looking For Sales-Driven Professional: A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in finance, private equity, or related industries.
  • Industry Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of the finance, private equity, and venture capital space. Familiarity with key players and trends in SEA and the Middle East is essential.
  • Product Knowledge: Quick to learn and deeply understand WOWS Global’s suite of services, tools, and unique value propositions.
  • Communication Pro: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You can explain complex financial concepts in a way that is engaging and accessible.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRMs like HubSpot, proficiency in video conferencing tools, and comfort with learning new digital platforms.
  • Proactive & Resourceful: Self-driven, adaptable, and solution-oriented, with a keen ability to anticipate client needs.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure client success and seamless handovers.

Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years in a sales-focused role within the finance or private equity space. Strong knowledge of key players, trends, and dynamics in the SEA and Middle East regions. Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage complex client relationships. Experience in conducting product demonstrations and managing CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
