  • Experience: 10+ years in accounting, finance, and investment banking
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of financial structuring, compliance, and capital raising
  • Mindset: Founder mentality – takes ownership, figures things out, and plays the long game
  • Work Ethic: Hustler mindset – not afraid to get hands-on and make things happen
  • Location: Based in ASEAN or willing to relocate

What You’ll Do

  • Financial Structuring & Optimization: Help startups and SMEs build robust financial models, improve cash flow management, and ensure financial statements reflect business reality.
  • Fundraising & Investor Readiness: Prepare businesses for equity and debt financing by ensuring clean financials, strong compliance, and investor-friendly reporting.
  • Due Diligence Support: Identify and resolve red flags in financials, legal structures, and compliance before investors do.
  • Capital Raising Execution: Engage with investors, banks, and alternative financiers to structure and secure funding at the best possible terms.
  • Compliance & Governance: Implement financial controls, reporting standards, and regulatory compliance frameworks that prevent future headaches.
  • Strategic Advisory: Work closely with founders to develop long-term financial strategies that align with business growth and scalability.
  • Business Scaling: Help grow WOWS Global’s financial advisory practice by developing processes, mentoring team members, and driving revenue.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to founders, investors, and board members, helping align financial strategies with business objectives.
