We are seeking a Founder and Investor Support Specialist who excels in building relationships, driving sales, and converting prospects into long-term clients. This role is pivotal in managing relationships with founders and investors, supporting their engagement with our platform, and ensuring seamless transitions that lead to successful deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Conversion Focus

Act as the first point of contact for founders, delivering persuasive introductory calls that effectively communicate WOWS Global’s value proposition.

Drive the conversion of leads into active clients by identifying their needs, providing solutions, and demonstrating the benefits of the platform and services.

Conduct tailored SaaS platform demos to showcase key features and highlight their relevance to client goals.

Meet or exceed individual sales targets by maintaining a strong focus on client engagement and deal closure.
2. Founder Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, fostering trust and long-term engagement.

Manage Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts (Pitch-Ready and Basic profiles), ensuring these clients are well-supported and engaged with the platform.

Address client queries, provide guidance, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
3. Founder Preparation and Support

Guide founders through onboarding, assisting with profile setup, and providing feedback on pitch decks to ensure they are investor-ready.

Prepare founders for investor meetings by coaching them on delivery and expectations.

Conduct walkthroughs of WOWS Global’s SaaS platform, ensuring founders understand and utilize all features effectively.
4. Administrative and Process Optimization

Maintain detailed records of founder and investor interactions, ensuring data accuracy in HubSpot.

Use AI tools to enhance outreach, streamline workflows, and support sales efforts.

Regularly assess and refine processes to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and sales outcomes.
5. Market Focus and Representation

Concentrate outreach efforts on SEA and ME markets while being open to global opportunities.

Stay informed about investment trends, financial services, and regional market dynamics to tailor solutions effectively.

Represent WOWS Global at events and networking opportunities, building relationships to drive platform growth.
6. Investor Outreach and Matching Support

Support in identifying potential investors in SEA, ME, and global markets, aligning them with suitable startups and SMEs.

Present founder companies to investors in a compelling manner, emphasizing their value propositions and market potential.

Collaborate with the investment team to coordinate investor matches and ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a strong plus.

Experience:

3+ years in a sales-driven role, with a focus on investor relations, business development, or financial services.

Proven ability to convert leads into clients, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of persuading and building trust with diverse stakeholders.

Expertise in SaaS demos, financial services, and investment terminologies.

Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and familiarity with AI-driven outreach tools.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders.
