About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile Marketing & Content Associate who can write, design, schedule, and support our campaigns across platforms. You’ll report to our COO and collaborate with our product, design, and investor teams.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment—quick turnarounds, lots of ownership, and creative freedom.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content Writing & Editing

  • Draft and edit blog posts, spotlights, and marketing copy (GPT-supported, but polished by you).
    Adapt long-form content into short-form posts, LinkedIn carousels, visuals, or quote cards.

  • Work with internal teams to capture startup/investor insights and turn them into campaigns.

Graphic Design

  • Create social media graphics, banners, pitch deck elements, and digital posters using Canva.

  • Keep our content visually aligned with our brand (and evolve it as we grow).

  • Occasionally design downloadable content (e.g. fact sheets, ebooks, infographics).

Social Media Management

  • Use Loomly to plan, schedule, and publish content across:

    • LinkedIn (our main channel)

    • Twitter / X, Instagram, YouTube Shorts (where we want to grow)

  • Monitor what performs well and suggest improvements based on performance.

Light Video Editing (Bonus)

  • Cut and polish short-form videos (e.g. Looms, Reels, talking head edits).

  • Assist with pitch deck animations, testimonial videos, or spotlight intros.

You’re a Great Fit If You…

  • Are fluent in English with strong writing/editing skills

  • Have a deep interest for the financial and investment landscape in Asia

  • Have experience using GPT/AI tools to speed up content production

  • Know Canva well (Figma or Adobe is a plus)

  • Have managed a content calendar using tools like Loomly, Buffer, or Later

  • Have an eye for modern design, clean layouts, and startup aesthetics

  • Are curious about startups, investing, and growth in Southeast Asia

  • Bonus: You can use CapCut, Canva Video, Premiere Rush, or similar for basic editing
